Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families, addressing complex mental health needs that arise during this vulnerable time. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping clients navigate grief, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues associated with their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

  A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. A higher degree (Master’s or Doctorate) is preferred.

  Proven experience in mental health counseling with at least 2 years in practice, demonstrating a dedication to client wellness.
