Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for patients, identifying individual needs and crafting tailored treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices.

• Regularly monitor and modify treatment plans and therapeutic interventions based on patient progress, ensuring that care remains responsive and effective.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies to achieve treatment goals.

• Develop a therapeutic alliance with clients to build rapport and trust, encouraging open communication and patient-driven care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with legal and state standards, ensuring records are completed within 24 to 48 hours following sessions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care clinicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, sharing insights and recommendations for treatment modifications.

• Engage in continuous learning by participating in ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest research and best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
