Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with essential information and coping strategies to manage their mental health effectively.

• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborations, contributing to the overall care planning and ensuring a patient-centered approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
