Key Responsibilities\n

• Documentation: Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation in accordance with policy. This includes drafting Social Services Progress Notes and contributing to the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.

• In-Service Training: Deliver educational presentations to hospital staff focused on psychosocial aspects of patient care, enhancing team understanding and capabilities.

• Quality Improvement: Participate in initiatives aiming to improve patient care quality through monitoring and analysis of process and outcome indicators.
