Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the mental health and emotional well-being of clients through comprehensive evaluations, including risk assessments for suicidal ideation and evaluations for substance use and legal history.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in alignment with standard practice guidelines, addressing the specific diagnoses and needs of each patient.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, crisis intervention services, and emotional support to clients, adapting to their unique scenarios, often in challenging environments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to share insights, coordinate care, and enhance treatment outcomes for individuals with complex psychiatric disorders.

• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatment strategies, and clinical progress to ensure continuity of care and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing communication with care teams and families, fostering collaborative relationships that promote client-centered care.

• Provide on-call crisis support during designated workdays, using your clinical skills to address emergency situations promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with mothers and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, compounded by socioeconomic challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
