Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate students’ mental health needs, strategically crafting personalized treatment plans using best practices in solution-focused interventions.

• Administer a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, that cater specifically to the unique challenges faced by youth.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records while adhering to all state and federal regulations regarding confidentiality and patient privacy.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of educators, school psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student care, facilitating coordinated interventions.
