Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of therapeutic tasks, including: Conducting secure and confidential remote therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing telehealth software designed for effective client engagement. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, with the ability to provide remote services. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred. At least two years of experience practicing as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with a solid understanding of family systems theory. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for engaging clients remotely. A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and cultural competence. The ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively during flexible hours. Preferred Experience While it’s not mandatory, experience providing remote therapy services will be an asset.
