Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Norwood Counseling Center, you will be responsible for a range of vital tasks, including:

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring a collaborative approach to each child's care.

• Monitoring and documenting outcomes as a member of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring that each child's progress aligns with their developmental goals.

• Providing emotional and informational support to families, empowering them to advocate for their child's development and well-being.

• Adhering to all federal and state regulations in service delivery, maintaining compliance with industry standards.

• Building rapport with children and families to foster a supportive and trusting relationship that encourages active participation in the care process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically focuses on young children with disabilities or developmental delays, providing early intervention services critical during the first three years of life. You will work closely with infants and toddlers, helping them achieve developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. Your role will also involve working with family members, equipping them with skills and knowledge to enhance their child's developmental journey.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
