Overview Registered Nurse - Neuro travel assignment on a specialized neurology unit in New York (state). Start date 07/06/2026 for a 13-week contract. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,031–$2,194 per week Guaranteed hours: 0 hours Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour shifts Start date: 07/06/2026 Setting: Hospital neuro unit with telemetry and advanced seizure monitoring Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a neurological/telemetry unit, including monitoring and documenting neuro status and vital signs Manage patients with stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and other neurological conditions; participate in seizure monitoring and care Utilize continuous video EEG technology as part of the epilepsy monitoring program in collaboration with a specialty team Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders; respond promptly to clinical changes Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (physicians, therapists, case management) to develop and update individualized care plans Maintain accurate charting and communication, ensuring patient safety and timely escalation as needed Requirements Active RN license in New York (NY RN license required) BLS certification (American Heart Association) Telemetry experience required Minimum 2 years of relevant RN experience NIHSS certification highly preferred (not required) Benefits and Support Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment Credentialing and onboarding guidance to facilitate start Travel coordination and start-up logistics support as part of the assignment process #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthForce Healthcare
