This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility and convenience for both our counselors and clients. Our counselors utilize a state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring that all client interactions and necessary documentation can be easily managed from their home workspace. Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for a range of impactful duties, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining comprehensive and organized client records, both electronic and written, in adherence to confidentiality guidelines.

• Coordinating with partner agencies and other service providers to enhance client care and access to necessary resources.
\n
• Conducting research on best practices in the field, ensuring that therapy techniques and interventions are evidence-based and effective.

• Engaging in professional consultations and collaborations with other agency professionals to promote a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Documenting detailed case notes, client assessments, and evaluations to track client progress and inform treatment planning.
\n
• Contributing to the development and ongoing adjustment of individualized treatment plans (ITP) based on client feedback and progress.

• Assisting therapists in scoring and interpreting psychometric assessments, providing valuable insights into clients’ mental health conditions.

• Participating in supervision sessions and actively contributing to the clinical team's developmental activities.
\n
• Attending regular staff meetings and training sessions to remain updated on organizational policies and clinical best practices.

• Preparing for client sessions by reviewing case histories and pertinent research to ensure effective therapeutic interventions.

• Engaging in peer supervision and team seminars, including reviewing recorded sessions and research studies to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third-party background check.

Compensation and Benefits\n
