Work Environment

Our outpatient office is situated in the heart of Camden, NJ, fostering a welcoming environment tailored for both our staff and patients. As a full-time physical therapist, you will work within a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals dedicated to improving our patients' lives. Our setting allows for individualized patient care where you can exercise your clinical judgment, design treatment plans, and build strong relationships with patients and their families. Our regular work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, utilizing standardized assessments and personal observation to create tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver skilled therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the application of physical modalities, ensuring a holistic approach to patient recovery.
• Regularly monitor and document patients' progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing analysis and response to therapy.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure cohesive and well-rounded patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on effective therapeutic techniques, home exercise routines, and strategies for injury prevention, fostering an informed and proactive patient environment.
• Implement safety measures, including fall prevention programs, to mitigate risks associated with therapy in an assisted living environment.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices through continual professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance personal skills and improve patient care.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality while delivering the highest level of care in all interventions.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
