Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create customized therapy plans for clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other tailored methods to groups, families, couples, and individual clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care strategies that promote overall client wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role requires a passionate counselor to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a master's degree or doctorate is preferred.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least two years of counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings, is a requirement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
