Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct mental health treatment to clients, including comprehensive screenings, evaluations, diagnoses, and the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with a focus on age-appropriate techniques for various client demographics, such as children, families, and multi-family groups, utilizing modalities like psychoeducation and group process.

• Effectively manage a caseload by facilitating clinical supervision and engaging in routine quality assurance reviews of documentation.
\n
• Participate in mandatory training and continuous education units (CEUs) to maintain licensure and stay abreast of best practices in mental health treatment.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions in compliance with agency policies and procedures, utilizing electronic medical record systems to increase efficiency.
\n
• Engage actively with families and support networks, including childcare providers, schools, and child welfare professionals, to ensure holistic and multi-systemic support for clients.
\n
• Incorporate Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) principles in all interactions to enhance the therapeutic experience.

• Collaborate with community partners and affiliated agencies to coordinate services and optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
