Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships grounded in professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, plan upcoming appointments, and coordinate discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, client-centered treatment plans, adapting them as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes for each client to ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate continuity of care.

• Participate in weekly individual supervision, utilizing feedback to enhance counseling techniques and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC at Preventive Minds Counseling will work with a varied patient population, including children, adults, and families facing a wide array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
