Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop strong therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience from the first contact.

• Conduct thorough assessments for suicidality and potential risks to self or others, facilitating timely interventions.

• Manage the admission assessment process for new patients with the utmost professionalism, engaging in outreach and participation in clinic tours as required.

• Lead weekly treatment team meetings, coordinating treatment goals and progress with fellow clinicians to create a cohesive care plan.

• Communicate effectively with insurance providers to complete utilization reviews, ensuring accurate and timely authorization for services.
\n
• Maintain open channels of communication with patients' families, returning calls and emails promptly within designated time frames.
\n
• Coordinate and ensure the continuity of care by liaising with referral sources, outpatient providers, and confirming discharge appointments prior to patient release.
\n
• Initiate discharge planning from the first day of admission, conducting sessions to reinforce coping strategies and ensure that transitional resources are available.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during sessions, advocating for patients' needs and the clinical team.
\n
• Timely completion of clinical documentation to meet compliance standards, documenting interactions during sessions to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.

The role primarily focuses on serving a diverse population within Klamath Falls, encompassing varying socio-economic backgrounds and mental health needs. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
