Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized measures, clinical interviews, and observational techniques to develop precise clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques, ensuring each plan aligns with the individual client’s goals.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adjusting approaches in real-time based on client feedback and engagement, to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, responding promptly to clients in acute stress or emergencies, while deploying de-escalation techniques and ensuring safety during critical moments.
\n
• Maintain meticulously detailed and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA standards, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment findings.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to coordinate care and advocate for clients’ comprehensive needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health resources, treatment options, and coping strategies, empowering them to engage actively in their mental health journey.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and networking opportunities to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population from various backgrounds, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
