As a part of our integrated care team, you will work in a supportive remote environment, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with your colleagues. The work schedule typically follows Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on patients experiencing co-occurring mental health and medical conditions. This includes individuals with chronic illnesses, those battling substance use disorders, and patients with psychological challenges arising from their physical health conditions. Crucial to your role will be understanding these complexities to provide tailored, evidence-based interventions that significantly impact patient recovery and satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $75,000 to $100,000 per year commensurate with experience.
