Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for greater work-life balance and flexibility in your schedule. Therapists will conduct therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, making use of our state-of-the-art telehealth tools to ensure privacy and accessibility for our clients. While we primarily follow a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required based on patient needs, enhancing the scope for individualized patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in Maryland.

• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic frameworks.

• Proven capability to carry out comprehensive mental health assessments and to construct effective, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Experience in providing therapy both individually and in a group setting, with sensitivity to the needs of various populations.

• Superb interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.

• Adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries, demonstrating sound clinical judgment.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring efficient management of patient documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While the primary qualifications include the necessary licensure and degree, candidates with prior experience delivering telehealth services or those familiar with evidence-based practice methodologies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be given preference. Experience working with specific populations, such as adolescents or individuals with substance use disorders, is also beneficial.
