Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth virtual assessments and in-person consultations to evaluate clients' mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address varied mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all assessments, treatment strategies, and client progress, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatric nurses, and community resource coordinators, both virtually and in person to promote cohesive and comprehensive client care.

• Actively advocate for clients’ rights, facilitating access to community resources and ensuring their active participation in their treatment processes.
