Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ mental health status and identify areas for therapeutic intervention.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that may include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solutions-focused strategies.

• Maintain regular sessions with clients, offering ongoing support, continuous assessment of progress, and necessary adjustments to therapy approaches.

• Collaborate with local healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, to ensure holistic care and refer clients for additional services as needed.

• Document and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and treatment in our electronic health record system, adhering to all confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide services to a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance abuse, and other mental health issues. Your experience will enable you to tailor your therapeutic approaches to suit varying cultural backgrounds, ages, and life circumstances, fostering an environment of trust and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating the ability to work with a diverse client base effectively.

• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methods.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the development of solid therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing culturally responsive techniques.

• Proficiency in crisis intervention strategies and skills that ensure a calm approach during challenging clinical situations.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
