Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing and recovery.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process trauma and develop coping mechanisms for improved emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary professionals to create an integrated care model for optimal patient outcomes.
