Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing, focusing on enhancing mental well-being and fostering positive behavioral changes.

• Serve as a client advocate, assisting them in identifying personal goals and developing action plans for achieving those objectives.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans using evidence-based approaches rooted in your expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they meet the criteria for appropriate therapeutic interventions, eliminating concerns around severe mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and fully valid license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that provisional licenses or any disciplinary actions will not be accepted.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive compensation package ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and services rendered.
