Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, formulate precise mental health diagnoses, and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Implement short-term therapeutic interventions for clients dealing with a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including assessment, de-escalation strategies, and, when necessary, coordination with the public mental health crisis response team.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and treatment teams to ensure continuity of care, checking in regularly post-crisis for follow-up and prevention planning.

• Manage and document treatment progress through electronic health records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation and support groups that empower clients and families to understand mental health issues and treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients experiencing various mental health conditions. Our population includes those facing significant life stressors, transitions, or mental illness exacerbation. Your work will be crucial in not just addressing their immediate concerns but fostering long-term recovery through targeted therapeutic support and resilience-building strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is mandatory, alongside at least 2 years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical services.

• Proven skills in the assessment and treatment of mental health issues, with a clear understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Expertise in working with individuals, families, and groups, demonstrating a validated approach to improving mental health outcomes.

• Compliance with state regulations, possessing a valid driver's license and adequate insurance for transportation as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
