Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients, utilizing assessment tools and interviews to understand their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.

• Provide evidence-based counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide array of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Document all interactions and progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care, tracking client outcomes and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Utilize telehealth best practices to create an engaging and supportive virtual environment during sessions, promoting a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Adhere strictly to all regulatory and ethical standards regarding client confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
