Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough office visits, dedicating 10 to 20 minutes for regular consultations and longer durations for procedures, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive and focused dermatological care.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of skin conditions, from common dermatological issues to more complex cases, employing your critical thinking to determine the best course of action for each patient.
• Perform cosmetic dermatology procedures, with an option for further training in advanced cosmetic techniques, for those interested in expanding this aspect of their practice.
• Engage in continuous medical education (CME) to stay abreast of the latest advancements in dermatology, ensuring the application of current best practices in patient care.
• Assist in administrative responsibilities to contribute to the efficient operation of the clinic, including but not limited to patient scheduling, charting, and patient follow-ups.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physician Assistant will cater to a diverse clientele, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients, addressing a broad spectrum of skin conditions and dermatological needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited physician assistant program, with a current PA-C certification to validate your medical acumen and clinical skills.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant; preference will be given to those with at least two years of specific dermatological experience.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess and respond to complex dermatological issues effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including both verbal and written communication, and the ability to listen actively to enhance patient relationships.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
