Working in Plantation offers an unparalleled experience, thanks to its stunning natural surroundings that set it apart from other cities in South Florida. Position Highlights- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; no weekend clinical responsibilities
- Phone-only call every third week, promoting an excellent work-life balance
- Manageable patient load of 15 to 16 patients daily
- Strong background in managed care is essential; experience with Medicare Advantage is preferred
- Bilingual in Creole is required; both board-certified and board-eligible General Practitioners (GPs) and Advanced Care Nurses (ACNs) are welcome to apply
- Attractive base salary with a performance-based incentive bonus of 20%
