Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of carefully screened adult individuals with low-acuity mental health concerns. These clients have been pre-qualified to ensure they are stable and seeking support for manageable challenges, enabling you to focus on therapeutic progress without the complexity of severe mental health cases. We carefully match you with clients whose needs align with your specific therapeutic specialties and preferences, ensuring a rewarding counseling experience.

Qualifications\n

To be an ideal candidate for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possess a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited, provisional licenses, or individuals with disciplinary actions will not be considered.

• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by a compassionate and supportive demeanor.

• Exhibit proficiency in using digital platforms and case management software to manage client interactions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with virtual therapy tools will be considered a significant advantage.
