Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that embody a recovery-oriented approach.

• Continuously assess each client's treatment needs and modify plans as necessary to ensure effective support.

• Collaborate in the creation, monitoring, and review of individual service plans, engaging clients actively in their own care.

• Facilitate skill-building sessions focusing on coping mechanisms, problem-solving, and communication, ensuring clients can navigate daily challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves adults aged 18 and older who are experiencing mental health challenges that hinder their ability to maintain community stability and independence. You will work with a diverse client base, allowing you to apply your clinical skills in various scenarios, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders requiring tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current state licensure is a prerequisite:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

\n
• Proven ability to practice independently without supervision.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and a supportive demeanor.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and communication tools.

• A reliable Wi-Fi connection for seamless virtual sessions.

Preferred Experience\n
