Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources in a respectful and empathic manner.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop collaborative treatment plans detailing specific therapy goals and interventions, actively engaging clients and their families in the process.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that each session promotes healing, understanding, and personal empowerment.

• Work in a multidisciplinary team with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a coordinated care approach that addresses all aspects of the client's wellbeing.

• Monitor and document client progress accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus and opportunities for performance bonuses.
