Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, providing therapeutic interventions for students coping with various emotional and behavioral challenges.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions targeting issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and interpersonal relationships.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and methodologies to devise tailored treatment plans that resonate with each student’s unique needs.
\n
• Organize and implement programs addressing social skills, emotional regulation, and crisis intervention as part of comprehensive school mental health initiatives.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment outcomes in compliance with established protocols.
\n
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare providers to ensure a supportive network for students.
\n
• Conduct regular progress evaluations to assess and adjust treatment plans in a manner that maximizes student engagement and achievement.

• Participate actively in team meetings highlighting treatment successes and strategizing for ongoing client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting school-aged children and adolescents. You will address a wide range of challenges, including academic stress, family dynamics, trauma, and mental health conditions. By fostering strong relationships with students, you will empower them to voice their struggles and collaborate on personalized solutions that lead to improved resilience and mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a practicing social worker, preferably within educational or mental health settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated expertise in counseling youth- and family-specific mental health issues, such as mood disorders, grief counseling, and substance use disorders.

• Prior experience working within a school setting, familiar with educational systems, cultural diversities, and individualized education programs (IEPs).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
