Billing Coordinator

Boston, MA A well-established Boston professional services firm is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join its accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in billing, accounts receivable, cash applications, or invoice management who enjoys working directly with clients and internal stakeholders in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage attorney billing, client invoices, and billing adjustments. Post daily cash receipts and apply client payments. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Partner with attorneys and staff to meet billing deadlines. Prepare billing reports and support the firm's revenue cycle. Qualifications 2+ years of billing, AR, or accounting experience. Professional services or legal experience preferred, but not required. Strong Excel, communication, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working directly with clients and internal teams. Compensation $60,000-$70,000 + discretionary bonus Monday-Friday, onsite in Boston (Fridays eligible for remote after training) Half-day Fridays year-round once fully trained. #J-18808-Ljbffr
