Pay Range: $30-40/hour | Negotiable
Position Summary
A technology-focused venture capital firm is seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support Partners and help maintain daily office operations. This role combines executive support, office administration, reception duties, event coordination, and general operational support.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, professional, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for Partners
- Coordinate conference calls, business meetings, and visitor schedules
- Serve as the primary receptionist and welcome office guests
- Manage office vendors, supplies, and facilities-related needs
- Prepare expense reports and administrative documents
- Support internal events, meetings, and special projects
- Assist with general office operations and day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in venture capital, investment, startup, or technology environments is a plus
- Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required
