Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and nuanced assessments to identify clients' social support systems and specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of clients in a detox setting.

• Develop personalized service plans that set measurable goals for clients, collaboratively empowering them as active participants in their recovery process.

• Advocate for clients by facilitating their access to vital resources, such as housing, employment, and mental health support, while promoting their rights in relation to social justice issues.

• Participate in regular program evaluation and contribute insights for grant reports to help enhance service offerings.

• Collaborate with community organizations and government agencies to build partnerships that enrich service delivery and increase community outreach.

• Engage in continuous training and participate in team meetings to remain updated on best practices and innovative approaches in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients in detoxification who are often facing severe emotional distress and instability. Many of these individuals will be navigating the complexities of addiction recovery, personal trauma, and systemic barriers to treatment. Your ability to provide empathic and informed support will directly impact their recovery journey and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
