Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Relationship Behavioral Health Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' counseling needs, utilizing established guidelines and therapeutic best practices.

• Evaluating clients for substance use disorders using DSM criteria and determining appropriate care levels per ASAM guidelines, ensuring precise and effective treatment plans.

• Developing and preparing detailed treatment plans specifically relating to substance abuse counseling, tailored to fit individual client needs.

• Creating comprehensive discharge and continuity of care plans, ensuring a structured transition to subsequent levels of care.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation of counseling sessions, educational services, assessments, referrals, and follow-up actions in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Managing a designated client caseload, including performing treatment planning, clinical charting, and regular case management updates as required.

• Coordinating support services for clients and their families, ensuring that all services are recorded meticulously in clients' clinical records.

• Engaging with various referral sources such as legal entities, educational institutions, and employers to optimize support for clients.

• Utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach to facilitate interventions for clients facing crisis situations, thereby promoting immediate stabilization and recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the role of Licensed Clinical Social Worker, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
