Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized treatment plans for each client, ensuring that their unique needs are addressed.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, family, and couple therapy, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring that all records are secure and up-to-date.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to enhance client care and contribute to overall patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily work with individuals and families who experience barriers to accessing mental health care, including those from underserved communities. Qualifications\n
