The Growth Marketer will play a key role in building and scaling demand generation initiatives for a rapidly growing fintech business.
This position offers the opportunity to own a broad growth strategy across multiple channels, including paid acquisition, email, SEO, and conversion optimization.
You will work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, test new approaches, and directly influence revenue growth.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone comfortable moving quickly and owning measurable outcomes.
You will have significant autonomy to shape marketing programs, improve the customer journey, and help build a scalable growth engine.

Accountabilities:

The Growth Marketer will own the execution and optimization of growth initiatives across multiple channels, helping drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue expansion through data-driven marketing strategies.

• Develop and execute omni-channel growth marketing strategies across paid advertising, email campaigns, SEO, and other acquisition channels.
• Build, launch, test, and optimize demand generation campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Analyze marketing performance data, track key growth metrics, and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Create and refine customer acquisition funnels to increase lead quality and conversion rates.
• Engage directly with prospects and support the transition from marketing-generated demand into qualified business opportunities.
• Partner closely with company leadership to define growth objectives, prioritize initiatives, and achieve measurable results.
• Experiment with new marketing channels, messaging strategies, and growth tactics to accelerate customer acquisition.
• Support the development of scalable marketing processes and systems as the business continues to grow.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented marketer with hands-on experience building growth programs and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, demand generation, or go-to-market roles.
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email marketing, paid acquisition, SEO, or similar growth channels.
• Ability to manage campaigns independently and optimize performance based on data and insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure results and translate learnings into action.
• Comfortable engaging directly with prospects and contributing to customer conversion efforts.
• Strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build relationships with potential customers.
• High ownership mindset with strong organization, follow-through, and attention to execution.
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage environment with changing priorities and significant autonomy.
• Previous startup experience is a plus.
