Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population that includes adults, adolescents, and families dealing with various mental health issues. Our clients come to us seeking help for a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to trauma recovery, anxiety management, and depression. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic techniques and a strong foundation in mental health principles.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy or those who have specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) will be given preference. Experience working with specific populations, such as children or individuals with severe mental illness, is also a plus.

The compensation package for this role includes:
