Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments: Engage in culturally sensitive, strength-based evaluations for new patients and families, identifying their unique needs and treatment goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions: Offer individual and family therapy sessions tailored to clients' specific requirements, applying cognitive-behavioral techniques and other evidence-based modalities.

• Documentation and billing: Accurately complete billing, document therapy sessions, and create individualized treatment plans along with insurance authorization forms within designated time frames.

• Develop supportive care plans: Formulate crisis plans, safety plans (when necessary), relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans aimed at supporting sustained mental health and stability.

• Create discharge plans: Collaborate with patients to outline effective discharge strategies that ensure continuity of care post-therapy.

• Regulatory compliance: Adhere to federal and state laws, along with organizational policies, ensuring that all care provided meets established clinical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
