Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct video chat sessions to deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling tailored to individual client needs.

• Perform thorough ongoing assessments to understand clients' challenges and facilitate the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Guide clients in acquiring essential coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques to enhance their day-to-day lives.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records while minimizing paperwork for more focus on counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client focus will be on stable adults facing low-acuity mental health challenges, mitigating the need for intensive clinical interventions. With a strong emphasis on client empowerment, you will foster positive therapeutic relationships developed through open communication and trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Capability to practice independently without supervision.
\n
• Positive professional history with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills alongside a high degree of computer literacy.
\n
• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection for effective telehealth service delivery.
