• Conduct a variety of routine and specialized clinical laboratory assessments-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-while adhering to established guidelines.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Document all activities comprehensively, mentor new team members or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within one year of hiring.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment duration.
