Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve primarily include individuals suffering from a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, often coupled with co-occurring medical conditions such as chronic illnesses. Your role will focus on providing tailored support that addresses the whole person—mind and body—ensuring they receive the comprehensive care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A strong background in addressing mental health needs related to co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation and Benefits\n
