Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify co-occurring disorders and tailor treatment plans that reflect individualized needs.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies in developing and implementing treatment plans aimed at addressing addiction issues and mental health concerns.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that emphasize personal empowerment and therapeutic techniques

• Monitor client progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on therapeutic responsiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
