Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to facilitate sessions with clients. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends necessitated by client appointments and practice demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and challenges.

• Devise and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling services, employing appropriate therapeutic modalities to promote effective healing.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and enhance clinical skills.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 yearly, commensurate with education and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
