Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, adapted to each client's specific needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on topics such as coping strategies in anxiety and depression, fostering meaningful connections among participants.

• Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, upholding the highest ethical and legal standards as guided by HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and local community resources; advocate for clients’ rights and needs where necessary.

• Engage in continued professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and relevant seminars to stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
