Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health evaluations to understand the needs and conditions of patients, ensuring that each individual receives tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with individuals, couples, and families, adapting methods to suit diverse client backgrounds.

• Facilitate and lead psychoeducational and support groups via telehealth platforms, addressing prevalent mental health issues while promoting community connection among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive patient care.

• Respond to crisis situations, providing immediate support and strategies to manage acute mental health challenges.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment possibilities, and available community resources to enhance recovery efforts.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
