Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a safe, trusting, and empathetic therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, using various therapeutic techniques suited to client needs.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress through follow-up consultations and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Collaboration with external professionals for client referrals when specialized interventions are necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a varied clientele, including individuals experiencing relationship distress, anxiety, depression, addiction issues, and more. Your role will involve addressing the unique complexities of familial dynamics and individual psychological concerns. Through a client-centered approach, you will facilitate healing and growth in a diverse population, consisting of different age groups and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid LMFT license is mandatory.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
