You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule to meet patient needs, with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and occasional evening hours may be needed based on service demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategies for patients during acute mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be essential in helping them navigate their unique challenges, applying therapeutic techniques that specifically address their integrated healthcare needs.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
