Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at our center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to inform evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate positive changes in clients' mental health and emotional well-being.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute comprehensive care plans that address the physical, psychological, social, and educational needs of your clients.

• Documenting all clinical observations and treatment plans meticulously and ethically, ensuring compliance with department standards and facilitating continuity of care.

• Performing case management duties, communicating effectively with healthcare professionals, and connecting clients with community resources to enhance their access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
