• Deliver targeted speech therapy services focusing on communication skills, language development, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with therapists, medical providers, family members, and caregivers to formulate cohesive treatment plans.
• Provide educational resources and strategies for patients and their families to enhance outcomes beyond the clinical environment.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy, ensuring seamless transitions in care throughout the healing process.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records in accordance with all regulatory standards.
• Continue to advance your expertise through ongoing educational opportunities and collaborative learning with peers.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet holding ASHA certification.

Certifications

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, obtained within 30 days of hire.
