Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: Up to $27.00/hour (DOE) We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Santa Fe Springs! If you have experience with full-cycle accounts payable, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with vendors and internal teams, we'd love to hear from you. ResponsibilitiesProcess full-cycle accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.Review, sort, and organize invoices by vendor and store location.Verify pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation.Enter invoices into the ERP system with a high level of accuracy.Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.Request and track missing Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and supporting documents.Run reports and system queries to identify missing invoices or errors.Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.File and maintain AP records for audit readiness.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely invoice processing.Assist with special projects and other accounting duties as needed.Qualifications2–8 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.Full-cycle Accounts Payable experience required.Experience with large ERP systems; Oracle ERP is highly preferred.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs, are a plus.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High School Diploma or equivalent required.
